LICENCE

Only persons over 21 who are in possession of a valid driving licence at least 2 years ( 2 x 365 days ) are allowed to drive the rented car.

AGE LIMITS

Minimum age is 21 but cannot rent car groups L, N, O, P. To rent these cars drivers have to be over 25. No upper age limit.

DEPOSIT

By credit card (Diners, Mastercard, Amex, Visa or JCB). For car groups L, N, O, P two credit cards are required. Cash deposit not acceptable

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

Up to 174.500,00 USD per body injury and 93.500,00 USD per property Damage.

National-Alamo cars cannot be driven into Russia, Belarus, Latvia, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Moldavia, Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania and all other countries outside Europe without prior written approval of National-Alamo Croatia.

Car goups M, A, B, C, D, E, F, G are automatically confrimd if booked at least 48 hours in advance. All other car groups are ON REQUEST.

ACCIDENTS

Any accident must immediately be reported to the nearest police station and to the National station which delivered the car. A report - a special form,supplied together with car documents, must be filled with complete details of the accidents and must be sent immediately to the National office which delivered the car. Renter shall cooperate with National in the investigation and procedure of the respective accident . The renter is held liable for all expenses caused by the accident if the terms of this Article are not respected.Dependent on the circumstances we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle.

Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

For an additional daily charge, the amount of which is determined as per the valid tariff (10 USD + VAT per day for all car groups), the renter or authorized driver and their relatives are insured up to policy insurance amount in case of death or disability as a consequence of an accident provoked by our car in amount determined by the law.
