All drivers must present a clean valid licence held for at least 12
months. An international Licence is not acceptable. |

21, no upper limit. 21 year old can only hire car groups A, B, C, E. Must be 25 or over to hire all other
vehicles. |

1,000 DKK on both CDW and Theft Protection on all Car

One ways between Copenhagen Airport and Downtown are
free. |
| CROSS BORDER POLICY |
Cars may not be driven into Albania, Andorra, Bosnia,
Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia,
Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic,
Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine. There is no charge for crossing the border into other
countries. |
| ACCIDENTS |
Customer must complete a report form at time of incident. These are provided with the
car. Dependant on the circumstances we reserve the right not to replace the
vehicle. |
| CONDITION OF VEHICLE |
Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear
expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the
customer. |
| ADDITIONAL DRIVER |
Additional Driver Surcharge is DKK 25 inc tax per day. Maximum of 2 additional drivers allowed per
rental. |
| YOUNG DRIVERS |
Driver must be 21 to drive. Driver between 21-25 must pay DKK 50 inc tax per day
supplement. |
| PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE |
PAI may be purchased locally for the price of 40 DKK per day. Covers injury to the driver for up to 345,000 DKK and for death to the driver for up to 251,000 DKK |
| INFANT SEATS |
200 DKK + VAT per rental (on request when making
reservation) |
| FUEL POLICY |
Car is supplied with a full tank of fuel, return full or refuelling charges will
apply. |
| DROP CHARGES |
Free between Copenhagen Airport –Downtown. |
