| LICENCE | Drivers must have 2 years driving experience. |
| AGE LIMITS | Minimum age is 21, maximum age is 70 |
| DEPOSIT | All major credit cards accepted, Eurocheques, Traveller’s cheques in USD/GBP |
| THIRD PARTY LIABILITY | Death or bodily injury in respect of any one claim or series claims arising out of one event is unlimited.Property Damage in respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of one event 50,000. |
| DEDUCTIBLE | 50.00 MTL is held as security. |
| ONE WAYS | International not applicable, Domestic not available |
| CROSS BORDER POLICY | Vehicles are not allowed to exit the Maltese islands except to the island of Gozo. |
| ACCIDENTS | Customer must complete a report form at time of incident. These are provided with the car. Dependant on the circumstances we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle. |
| CONDITION OF VEHICLE | Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer. |
ADDITIONAL EXTRAS Malta
| ADDITIONAL DRIVER | 1.50MTL per day plus VAT |
| YOUNG DRIVERS | 21-24 will pay a surcharge of 2.00 MTL per day plus VAT |
| PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE | Can be purchased locally at 1.00MTL per day |
| INFANT SEATS | 1.50 MTL per day between the age of 2-4 years |
| LUGGAGE RACK | 1.50 per day. 7 days notice on all equipment |
| FUEL POLICY | Car supplied half full and should be returned empty. No refund for any unused fuel. |
