Rate calculation

Booking procedure:

Rental days	How to calculate
3 days	weekly rate divided through 5 multiplied by 3 (week : 5 x 3)
4 days	weekly rate divided through 5 multiplied by 4 (week : 5 x 4)
5 to 7 days	weekly rate applies
additional day	weekly rate divided through 7 multiplied by no. of additional days (week : 7 x additional day)

* reservation requests can be placed through our
secured reservation form website (please see above)
* your reservation will then be processed in our
system within 1 - 3 business days and a final
confirmation will be sent to you by eMail.
* upon confirmation by eMail your credit card will be
   charged for the full rental period, in exchange a
   prepaid car rental voucher will be sent to you.
* this prepaid rental voucher contains the
   confirmation number and all reservation details.
   It needs to be given to the rental station staff upon
   pick up of the car.
* booking deadline is 2 business days in advance!

Change & Cancellation policy:

* Prices are in US-Dollar per week
* Minimum rental time: 3 days
* all rentals are calculated on 24 hour basis (example:
3 pm pick up 5 pm drop off --> additional rental day)
* Minimum age 25 years
* One way fees available on request.
* Credit card deposit & valid drivers license required
   upon pick up of the car (for some larger categories
   such as Vans two credit cards are required for
   deposit).
* Reservations are only made and valid if confirmed
   by Rentabc.com by eMail, Fax or regular mail.
* Rates published are valid

* Rates subject to change without notice. All general
   terms of Holiday Cars as well as their local rental
   agencys and rentabc.com apply.
* Reservations can only be made for car categories,
   we cannot guarantee or request a certain car type!

* change requests incur a 10$ change fee

* all confirmed reservations incur a cancellation fee in case of cancellation which is calculated as following:

Cancellation Instructions

* In any way the details printed on the voucher and on
   the rental agreement are valid and exceed any
   conditions stated here.
* Rentabc.com does not take any responsiblity for
   incorrect informations provided by customers.
   Customers will be held liable for cancellation fees
   which may occur in such cases.
* Liability: Rentabc.com does only arrange for car
   rental reservations. The final rental agreement will
   be signed and established between the customer
   and the rental agency.

* cancellation requests need to be received by our
   office at least 2 business days prior to rental start
   by 7 am eastern US time to be considered for a
   refund.
* all cancellations will be reconfirmed by return
   eMail
* please direct your cancellation requests to
   carrental@skytours.de including your name, rental
   day & city and confirmation number.
* there are no refunds for later pick up or earlier
   return of the vehicle. No refunds for no show or if
   any included services were not used.
